Payment Policy

1. Placing an Order

To explore our available products, please browse our online catalog. Once you find the item you wish to order, click on “Add to Cart” and specify your desired quantity in your cart. After confirming your selections, please fill out the billing details in Checkout page. You will then be asked to provide your shipping and payment information.

Once payment is made, your order will be processed immediately. Upon verification of your payment details by Xendit, we will pack your order and arrange delivery.

All orders are subject to each payment channel authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.

2. Forms of Payment

The Aarti Gift Online accepts immediate orders via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other provided payment options. This transaction will appear on your bank statement or other payment report as a payment to Aarti Gift.
All prices are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The country of domicile for Aarti Gift is Indonesia.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.
We will bill at the price in effect at the time of payment confirmation.

Product prices listed are current but are subject to change without prior notice.

Refund Policy

1. Damage Before Delivery

Customers are eligible for a refund if the gift product is found damaged before it is received, with the following conditions:
Customers must provide photo or video evidence showing the damage
Refund requests must be submitted within 2×24 hours after the package is received or marked as “Delivered”
Our team will verify the claim by comparing it with our internal packing video, which is recorded for every order
If the damage is confirmed to have occurred before shipment, the refund will be processed accordingly

2. Customer-Caused Issues

Refunds cannot be issued if the damage or issue results from:
Customer mishandling
Improper storage
Incorrect usage
Any circumstances that do not originate from our product or packing process

3. General Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be approved as long as:
Valid and verifiable proof of damage is provided
The damage is confirmed to be caused by our team or the pre-shipment process
The product has not been used and remains verifiable in its original condition
The refund request is submitted within 2×24 hours after the package is received or marked as “Delivered”

Refunds apply only to cases that meet the criteria above.

4. Pickup / Logistics Fees

If the product needs to be picked up from the store or Ethix for verification:
All pickup or logistics fees will be covered by us
Customers will not be charged any fee

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed after verification is complete, with the following timeline:
Verification of evidence: 1–3 business days
Refund processing: 3–7 business days after verification
